The Schwalbe ALBERT mountain bike tyre with the GRAVITY PRO radial carcass and ULTRA SOFT rubber compound ensures safety and control, even on demanding trails. Roots, potholes or hard impacts? No problem – this tyre won't let you down, even on demanding trail sessions.
The particularly soft ULTRA SOFT rubber compound scores with massive grip and is said to offer very good damping properties as well as functioning reliably at low temperatures.
The carcass threads of the Schwalbe radial carcass also run at a flatter angle than on conventional cross-ply tyres. At the same time, the carcass material overlaps less and is under less tension. This allows the tyre to deform more flexibly on uneven surfaces and adapt better to the ground. In addition, the contact area of the MTB tyre is increased by up to 30 % at the same air pressure.
The specially developed tread pattern with numerous studs is matched to the properties of the radial carcass and is designed to offer additional grip and control without compromising puncture resistance.
