Highlights & Technologies:

MONOCOQUE IN-MOLD PLUS: 
In this construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to the impact-absorbing EPS inner shell in a single operation during the foaming process. The liner is fused with the outer shell under high pressure and strong heat for a lasting connection. This makes the helmet even more resistant without adding weight. The production process also makes it possible to shape significantly better ventilation systems and vents. This design creates robust, safe and heat-resistant helmets.

DISCFIT VARIO:
The adjustment system at the back of the head can be easily adjusted to your head circumference by using an adjustment wheel, which can also be moved vertically to ensure an ergonomic fit.

CASCOFIT net:
The CASCOFIT net offers unique comfort. Helmet and head have no direct contact, so there are practically no pressure points in this area. Shocks in all directions are reduced effectively. Moreover, cool wind circulating around your head constantly ensures very good ventilation.

CASCO-LOC:
Locking mechanism that can be used with one hand for easy adjustments during the ride.
